Meadowbrook (AMP 1)

Meadowbrook is the location of the Property Management office for the AMP 1 properties. AMP 1 properties consist of East and West Meadowbrook, Hopkins Park and Dubber-Laney Woods. East Meadowbrook has 65 units and is located north of downtown Greenville and close to the Pitt Greenville Airport off North Greene Street and Mumford Road. West Meadowbrook also located north of Greenville lying between Memorial Drive and North Greene Street. There are 40 units scattered amongst the community. Our Hopkins Park units are located close to the main business district, near all the major restaurants and shopping areas of Greenville off Evans Street with 111 apartments. The newest of all GHA properties is Dubber-Laney Woods located in the medical district (near Pitt County Memorial Hospital) off B's Barbeque Road with all 32 units on Best Road. AMP 1 properties contain units with up to 5 bedrooms and easily accessible by most major roads throughout Greenville. The East Meadowbrook location houses a Computer Lab managed by our Neighborhood Network Resource Center and a full basketball court for the residents.
