Housing Counseling Program Assistant (full-time/ grant-funded)

The purpose of this position is to serve the community abroad, to aide in eviction prevention, rental housing, and foreclosure barriers. Performs intermediate technical work creating and updating client files and further assists with community outreach programs; related work as apparent or assigned. Responsible for administrative capacity of the grant as specified. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Neighborhood Services Coordinator (Director). Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator (full-time)

Performs intermediate advanced human support work coordinating the Family Self Sufficiency Program, providing counseling, advice, and services to residents, conducting needs assessments, referring clients to community agencies and educational facilities, coordinating training schedules and programs, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Grant-funded position with benefit options. Facilities Specialist (PT 30.00 hours/benefit eligible)

Performs intermediate semiskilled work assisting with the completion of routine work orders in the maintenance and repair of housing, office facilities, and grounds, and related work as apparent or assigned.
