A primary goal of the Authority is to provide housing for low-income households while improving housing and economic opportunities for residents and maintaining high standards of property management, fiscal management and service delivery. Coordination with city efforts and collaborations with other public and private entities is constantly emphasized.

Public Housing

The Public Housing. GHA excepts application every Wednesday from the hours of 1pm - 4pm located at 301 East Roundtree Dr. in Moyewood. For more information contact Jannette Perry at jan@ghanc.net

Section 8

The Section 8 Waiting List. Section 8 will be excepting application on February 12th, 19th and 26 of 2008. GHA will advertise the next opening date when excepting Section 8 application through newspaper, media, memo and/or GHA Website. For more information contact Ernestine Purvis at ernestine@ghanc.net

University Towers (U.T) Section 8 New Construction
