Covid-19 Info

Like all of you, we've been monitoring the evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic. The health and safety of our residents and employees is our first priority. As such, effective immediately, we are suspending all in-person meetings. We also are limiting Public access to all HACG offices to emergency situations. The Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Programs will accept paperwork via email, fax, or scanned documents. A drop box for each program has been placed outside the door of the Central Office at 1103 Broad Street. Also each HACG Public Housing property location have drop boxes to receive information. The location of the boxes will either be outside of the building or in the lobby. All interviews and/or appointments will be conducted by phone.

We will not do HQS/UPCS/Housekeeping Inspections or routine work orders, under either program, for a minimum of two weeks. At that time, we will reassess the situation, and respond accordingly. We will continue to complete emergency work orders. Again, all staff will be accepting documentation either by email, fax, scan or drop box.

When it comes to rent, residents are asked to pay their rent by dropping off payments in the drop box located in the lobby of the property management office.
