The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville (HACG) invites all interested citizens to attend in-person and via Zoom, this public hearing and provide comments to the FY2026 Annual Plan.

The Annual Plan outlines policies and procedures for administration of federal housing programs and examines local resources available to low-and-moderate income households. These documents also serve as plans of action for the HACG to address local housing needs.

This public hearing is a forum for the City of Greenville citizens to provide input on the development of the PHA Plans. In compliance with federal regulations, the PHA Plan is currently available for review at the offices of the HACG, 1103 Broad Street, Greenville, NC 27834. The Plan is also available at the HACG's webpage at: 

www.ghanc.net under the link "About Us" then click "Publications"

If you are unable to participate in the hearing, written comments should be directed to Shanetta Moye, Deputy Executive Director/COO, at the Housing Authority of the City of Greenville, 1103 Broad Street, Greenville, NC  27834. Comments must be received by the HACG on or before June 24, 2026.
