The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville (HACG) is requesting proposals from eligible and qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to provide design and engineering support services required to implement facility renovations, modernizations, and development projects funded under the Agency's Capital Fund Program. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate with the selected firm for services provided over the five-year period of 2023 through 2028 in accordance with all HUD regulations and standards for applicable and eligible expenses pertaining to capital improvements, 504/physical needs assessments, and 504/ADA compliance. Capital Fund award amounts cannot be guaranteed on a yearly basis as the grant funding is determined by the federal government's yearly budgets. The Contract is of an Indefinite Quantity type and is orchestrated on an as-needed basis, and the best interest of the Agency will act as the determining factor.

The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville will be accepting sealed submitted proposals at the office located at 1103 Broad Street, Greenville, NC 27834, Wednesday, June 21, 2023, through Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals can also be mailed to:
